J'accuse!! The Culprit is Located ...

So, been feeling even more draggy and yucky and sinusy today. Couldn't figure out why, since I've been mainlining decongestant for the past three days. And, when I left home, I was actually starting to feel a bit less stopped up.

Well, part of the draggy-tired feeling is that I'm just plain tired. Kind of an exhaustion build-up that happens to me from time to time. I tend to run at full speed until I crash, which is so ... not pretty. >.O

But, I'm happy to report I have located the source of my sinus problems and extra sore throat/congestion. A down comforter under the comforter on our hotel bed. I thought I had removed all the down, but I somehow missed it last night. And, yes, I'm terribly allergic to down. *sigh*

The offending comforter has been removed, so I'm hoping for a better night's sleep tonight. Or, at least one in which I can actually breathe. o.o

It did help a lot. I got a lot of sleep that night and the night after. Although, the hotel did not have many foam pillows. They had three, all of which I asked them to bring to our room. So, my hubby had to continue to use the down ones. It wasn't as bad as the comforter, but they still set off my allergies. We're home now, though, so no more down! YAY!
