texchanSo, been feeling even more draggy and yucky and sinusy today. Couldn't figure out why, since I've been mainlining decongestant for the past three days. And, when I left home, I was actually starting to feel a bit less stopped up.
Well, part of the draggy-tired feeling is that I'm just plain tired. Kind of an exhaustion build-up that happens to me from time to time. I tend to run at full speed until I crash, which is so ... not pretty. >.O
But, I'm happy to report I have located the source of my sinus problems and extra sore throat/congestion. A down comforter under the comforter on our hotel bed. I thought I had removed all the down, but I somehow missed it last night. And, yes, I'm terribly allergic to down. *sigh*
The offending comforter has been removed, so I'm hoping for a better night's sleep tonight. Or, at least one in which I can actually breathe. o.o
