Project: Peacock Cards (Photos)

The latest hand made card design. I wanted something super simple, overall, so that the papers I used would kind of take center stage. I ended up making a set of 8. (9 total, counting the one I made as a practice template.) They are all in different background colors. I think there were 2 orange, 2 pink, 2 blue, and 2 yellow. And the bird on them is either blue or green, depending on what I thought went better with the background colors.
Anyhow, hopefully they aren't too lame. =P

Orange and pink cards together, so you can see one of each color bird.

Close-up of orange card.

Close-up of pink card. The actual pink color isn't this neon-looking in person. It just photographed that way -- which will teach me NOT to photograph my completed cards when it's almost dark outside! >.O

Interior of cards. Each one of the 8 has a different type / pattern of paper inside. But all the papers coordinate with what I used in making the feathers.

Envelope for the cards.
