PS: You don't live anywhere near tornado alley do you? I heard about those recent storms and got a bit concerned for you guys (my knowledge of the US map is pretty limited--sorry).

I'm so glad you're still around LJ. I hadn't seen you around here in a while, so I wasn't sure. I've missed you, though! =)

You're so welcome for the b-day wishes. I'm very sorry they were belated. I've been in the midst of redoing my office (as I have whined about a bit here on LJ). So everything was unhooked and all over the house ... total chaos. On top of that, I had house guests ... so I wasn't visiting my regular sites like I usually do. Your birthday got lost in the midst of my personal chaos. =(

I lived in tornado alley for many years. But I don't live near there now. The recent tornado activity was horrible and terrifying, but we were lucky. There were a few tornadoes on the ground in our state, but they were not near where we live. And, even at that, my state fared so much better than others. My thoughts and prayers continue to be with all the people from Alabama, Mississippi, and the other states who were hit so hard by those storms. You're so sweet to ask and think about me! *HUGS*
