Nov. 14th, 2010 10:23 amLast week (or maybe the week before that??) we headed out to enjoy the beautiful weather with a day trip through Leesburg and Hillsboro. I love both of these little towns. And, consequently, took a LOT of pictures.
(No, really ... there are a lot here. And I have even more, which I didn't think were pretty enough to share. *nervous laugh*)

That about sums it up right now. Just ... ugh.
I am sick. I feel so awful. I think I would like to cry, except it would take way too much energy. Thankfully, I felt OK enough on Saturday to head out for some family time. Went to Harper's Ferry and then into DC to a friend's birthday party. Spent about an hour at the party at a bowling alley, then dinner, then home. I pretty much way overdid it, though, and woke up this morning feeling worse than ever. *sigh*
The worst part is that my throat is KILLING ME. Swallowing hurts, even. Gah. I hope the kiddo doesn't catch this -- whatever it is.
I didn't sleep well last night. Today, I pretty much did nothing. I took a long nap -- about 3 hours -- and woke up feeling marginally better. That was about three hours ago, though, and I'm pretty much wiped out again at this point. I'm so, so, so ready for bed. Just want to climb into bed, pull up the covers, and either watch TV or read until I fall asleep. Bleh. Bleh-bleh-bleh-blehblehbleh.
