Some Art Stuff ...

Lots going on -- which I keep thinking I should post about -- but, when I sit down to write a post, I seem to have no energy for it. Sometimes, rehashing things for a blog post really sucks my will to live. Suffice to say, there's been a LOT of cleaning. I don't like cleaning. I feel like I'm in hell. Or somewhere even worse. *sigh* Maybe I'll post a bit about it later on -- if I can manage to overcome my severe grumpiness. >.O
In the meantime, I thought I would do a little post about something fun. Wheee!
I added a new Darkstalkers cel to my gallery. A very small update, I know -- and probably of little to no interest to anyone but me -- but this was a cel I lusted after for a few years. I had offered on it several times without success, so I'm especially excited over being able to add it.

I also decided to change up my RS gallery layout.I liked the light colors and the flowers, but I was ready for something new now that summer is ... well, hot. o_o So I decided to do a little layout devoted to Aya. (As if that comes as any real surprise! =P)
Gecko Blue Cels: ver. Reaper Man
I finally got my stupid pen working again. Man, what a PAIN!!! I decided to rewatch Weiss to grab some missing screencaps and episode information for my gallery, and, in the process, I pretty much snagged any caps that struck my fancy. The result ... some new fancel lines! (Practice makes perfect, right? =D Heh. Maybe one day ... or not. >.O)

In other gallery news -- but not so happy -- I lost out on a Flame of Recca auction yesterday. I'm kind of torn between feeling bummed over losing and feeling satisfied that I at least stuck to my guns and didn't bid higher than the amount I had already set for my maximum. I am bummed. It was a cel of most of the refs, and was a really great shot with a matching background. At the same time, it's good that I didn't give in to temptation and bid higher than I had already decided to go. It's a mixed bag, I guess. *sigh*
