Tossing More Bananas to That Monkey ...
Apr. 23rd, 2007 06:28 pmYep, that eardrum-shattering sound you heard a few days ago was the monkey that lives on my back. You know ... the one I talked about in my last entry ... the one that screams BUY IT!! BUY IT!! into my ear each time it sees a pretty piece of painted plastic or graphite scribbles it likes. In this instance, though, it was shrieking in delight, because I managed to toss a few new bananas in its direction -- with a lot of help from my dear friend Keeper.
So, on Friday, I returned from lunch to find a flat package waiting for me beside the door to my house. Oh joy! Oh happy day!! The Monkey screeched at me: OPEN IT!! OPEN IT!!
And, so I did. After all, you don't tell a screeching monkey no. Especially not if it lives on your back. >.O
Inside were three gorgeous, gorgeous Keeper-original fancels. I had been anxiously awaiting their arrival, and I am so, so excited to have them.

And, Keeper-chan ... if you happen to read this, I did not forget about you. I'm still working on your email!! (Sorry ... I'm slow. >.O)
