Some New Saiyuki Artwork ...

I was lucky enough to snag a few sketch sets from Jenn-b's recent sale -- all items I had visited, many times, in her gallery, so I can't even begin to say how happy I am to get them. In particular, I'm thrilled because three of the sets are for Gensoumaden, and artwork for that show is getting hard to come by these days.

Anyhow, I managed to scan them all in last night. I think I finished around 3 AM. And, I updated them today.

I have to admit, the OP genga and layout are my favorites out of this little haul. That set was so, so much more incredible than I had imagined. It is one of the most complete sketch sets I have, with gengas for each guy, dougas for each guy, and even the layout. Too damn cool. And, I have to admit, the expression on Goku's face makes me wanna do the fangirl sqweel. It is absolutely perfect -- sullen, angry, and ready to kick some serious demon butt! Of course, the Gojyo pan runs a very close second. I mean ... it's Gojyo ... in a button-down shirt ... showing some serious skin! What fangirl wouldn't like that? *happy grin*
