Eh, heh, heh. Yeah, I actually dislike most of the main characters. Which begs the question of: "Why the holy heck am I watching this show?" And, yet, I can't stop watching. I just keep on having to know what happens next. It's like crack or something. o.O
So, I would say I like the show, overall.
But Sasuke ... man, so far I can't stand him. Sakura irritates me because she slobbers all over Sasuke all the time. I realized last night that the only truly "cool" moment Sasuke had was when he was "dying" at Haku's hands, to protect Naruto. It was like the first time he even seemed remotely human. And, I thought to myself -- "This show would be a heckuva lot better if he just stayed dead." (Although I probably should not admit that out loud. o.o) Perhaps I will like him more as the show progresses. I'm at the beginning of the Chunin Exam now.
So far, I would have to say I'm a total Kakashi fangal. I love the way he seems like such a total slacker-man, but, underneath it all, he's Mr. Uber Cool. I love a character with a hidden side to them. :D I also really liked Rock Lee in the manga, because he's so adorable and bumbly. But, Kakashi, I think, will remain my "main man". (Besides, he's "legal", as they say. LOL!)
Thanks for the nice words on the update. ^.^ I still can't believe I got that Jump Card pan. I had thought I would only manage to snag the one Jump cel. Getting this one was a huge, huge cause for excitement. *happeh grin*
