Fun Linguistics Test ... and Cel Stuff, too ...

Fun (although really difficult >.O) linguistics test shamelessly stolen ... *ahem* borrowed from lucidscreamer's LJ. I have no idea how I managed to get a decent score on this thing. I think I'm just a good guesser. (Quiz results are behind the LJ cut.)

Language Savvy
You scored a 220 out of 400 on language knowledge.
Congratulations! You know your stuff! You've scored higher than most people would and you probably have taken a linguistics or cultural science class to boot. Most likely you are bilingual or even multilingual. You are also probably fascinated by languages and want to learn more of them in the future. When you travel to a foreign country, you make a point to learn some of the language instead of imposing your own. It's people like you who help promote the exchange of languages worldwide. Keep it up!

My test tracked 1 variable How you compared to other people your age and gender:

free online dating free online dating
You scored higher than 99% on knowledge

On the cel gallery front, I added three new Tenshi ni Narumon cels to the gallery today. All of them are of Mikael, but two were surprise "extras" that came with the third cel (which I purchased out of the RS shop). How cool is that? *is happeh* I haven't put them up on my RS gallery yet, though. So many folks are updating right now, I figure I would have no chance of anyone even seeing my additions, considering how my gallery shoots off the front page at record speed, even on a good day. I swear, RS hates me. Yeah ... that's it. *grrrr*

Anyhow, linkage:

In other news, today (sept. 17) is my kiddo's birthday! We already had a little party for her last week, so that my mom could participate. We had cake and balloons and party hats and all the party trimmings. But, today, I hope we can take her to play in the park. Plus, I'm going to make a cobbler for her and my hubby, and, of course, we have a few surprise presents we held back for the "special day". She is turning three already! I can hardly believe it. I mean, where the heck does the time go?? *sigh*

Thanks! ^.^

I can't believe she is already three. Seems like just yesterday that I brought her home. o.o How weird is it when my kid's birthday makes me feel older than my own birthday? *nervous laugh*

Love your icon, by the way! *hugs*

LOL It gets worse as they get older. ::hugs::

Hee. Thanks. I'm kinda proud of the way it turned out, since I drew the pic. ^_^;;;
