We got lucky and didn't lose power -- although it flickered several times. Still, given the choice, I'll take flickering power over NO power any day. Especially since we have an electric stove ... so, without power, I can't even cook. >.O

I'm sure you guys see much worse than this living in MN. But, you (and the area, in general) are probably better prepared. We couldn't open our front door or garage door (or deck doors, either ... LOL!) at first. It took some digging before we could get out.
